Looking for an Omni artist

I would really love to find the name of an artist that did covers for Omni. He was French, he did the cover art for October, probably early 80's. This cover was a swamp scene with a frog-like girl in its midst. Wonderful! I would love to find this again. Thanks for the help in advance.

In addition, if anyone has an issue like this, I would be willing to buy the issue from them, if the cover is in decent shape.
It was an October issue sometime between 81-86. I am thinking 83.
